After decades working across government, major projects and complex organisations, we founded Vant to bring depth of experience and clear perspective to the work our clients lead every day.
We’ve led communications and engagement on large-scale, sensitive and high-stakes projects often in environments shaped by regulatory complexity, community expectations and political sensitivity.
That experience shapes how we work.
We start by stepping back – understanding what matters most and the environment a project is operating in before designing communication and engagement that genuinely connects.

Vant is led by Linda Vo and Bec Grant, who bring senior communications and engagement experience across government, complex projects and stakeholder environments.

Linda Vo
Co-founder, Director
Linda is a senior communications and engagement leader with 20 years’ experience advising governments, organisations and project teams across Australia and the UK.
She has led communications and stakeholder engagement on some of Victoria’s largest infrastructure projects and in sensitive public environments where clarity, timing and strategic thinking are critical.
Her expertise spans strategic communications and stakeholder engagement for major projects, including community consultation, government relations and issues management in complex regulatory environments.
Linda focuses on strengthening the connection between organisations and the people affected by their work – ensuring complex decisions are communicated with clarity, context and care.
As a bilingual communicator, she is committed to bridging the gap between organisations and culturally diverse communities.
She has held senior leadership roles across the Victorian Government and is known for her strategic insight, considered judgement and hands-on delivery.

Bec Grant
Co-founder, Director
Bec is a senior communications, engagement and marketing leader with decades of experience helping organisations develop and deliver clear, effective strategies and connect with their audiences.
Her background spans senior roles across government and large organisations, where she has led communications and engagement teams for major Victorian infrastructure projects, delivered prevention and public health initiatives, and has held senior marketing roles at Medibank Private.
Having grown up in rural Victoria, Bec brings a strong understanding of rural and regional communities and a genuine interest in engagement projects outside metropolitan areas, with insight into the unique challenges and opportunities involved in delivering work that is locally relevant, trusted and effective.
Bec brings particular strength in strategy development, stakeholder and community engagement, issues and crisis management, and content planning and delivery. Her marketing experience adds a creative, insight-led perspective, ensuring work is both strategically grounded and audience-focused, with a strong emphasis on practical outcomes.
